I saw your comment on The Field Negro site and I agree with you in regards to Doctor Martin Luther King and his pursuits being centered on economics. Living during the 50-60s, we saw that economics were the driving force in all arenas of America. That why boycotting was so effective. Laws are nice, but they can be nullified by the mighty dollar. (I hope the dollar is still "mighty"). Will check your site again. PS. I am amazed how Americans so easily superimpose today's standards to yesterdays.
