For the Record: Allentown Branch of NAACP Elections Postponed till further Notice.

The elections for the new leadership of the Allentown PA Chapter of the NAACP have been postponed until further notice according to the current members of the organization at the Allentown Chapter and at the PA State Conference level.
As listed in (LV BNN) Lehigh Valley Black News Network # 256 Wednesday November, 19 2014, the Allentown Branch of the National Association For the Advancement of Colored People was scheduled to hold its 2014 organizational Election on Thursday November 20th at St James AME Zion Church. All members of the organization in good standing over the age of 18 years of age were allowed to vote.  
The election never took place.
During the Allentown Branch meeting held in October, a PA State NAACP representative was in attendance at the meeting to observe and help run the election ballot process.
Members of the Allentown Branch will be notified on the ruling of the National office decision as soon as possible according to a representative from the PA State Conference of the NAACP.
